Our Commercial Services include but are not limited to:

A thorough review and analysis of your insurance policy from a prospective of maximizing the recovery
On-site analysis of the building damages in preparation of a detailed unit cost reconstruction estimate
Preparation of a complete inventory of all business personal property including furniture, fixtures, appliances, equipment, supplies, stock, etc.
Application of proper values to subject property. This will include applicable replacement cost and actual cash value, together with the amount of loss for each item
Arrange and attend all conferences with the insurance company's representatives
Preparation of all required appraisals to comply with any coinsurance provisions of the policy, if applicable
Preparation of all required documentation to properly forecast and substantiate lost business income
A review of the claim with insured and/or their advisors prior to submitting it to the insurance company or its representatives
Submission on insured's behalf of all documentation to the insurance company
Regular status reports to the insured and/or their advisors
Preparation of final acceptance documents and follow up on processing of payment to insured
Assistance to insured's advisors in providing documentation and testimony, as well as serving as an expert witness if necessary
Preparation of the claim in the proper format to insure recovery if there is any possible future ligation
